Description: IMLAN B-side is APW’s latest and innovative new product in wall mounted applications. On this short deep wall box is possible to mount active equipments and patch panels or 19” accessories together. IMLAN B-Side, through the 3U additional vertical panel mounts on each side, allows to install further 500mm deep equipments in the side vertical position of a cabinet, which is only 300mm deep.

APW Electronics increases the partnership with RS Components Italy: from July 1, in addition to the existing S-MAX series – for server applications and IMRAK series - the design awarded cabinet - the RS catalog includes new product lines from APW : IMAGE, the multi-platform cabinet, IMRAK610 the mini cabinet for small installations and IMLAN, the wall mount cabinet with removable side panels. All cabinets have a wide range of accessories, largely compatible between the different series.

SINCROTRONE TRIESTE chooses VERAK EMC/IP cabinets from APW Electronics

Sincrotrone Trieste, joint stock company (Società Consortile per Azioni) of national interest which runs the Elettra Laboratory, multidisciplinary international centre of excellence, specialised in synchrotron radiation and its use in the science of matter has chosen the VERAK cabinets from APW to protect equipment installations of the klystron’s modulators of the new "free-electron laser" FERMI@Elettra. In fact the VERAK cabinet with IP / EMC features has been recognized the best product in the specific segment. The configuration chosen by Elettra provides 47U high cabinets with IP65 protection and glass door with metal mesh that provides RF shielding while maintaining the visibility of the equipment housed inside the cabinet. The EMC shielding is also obtained using stainless steel finger that create a true Faraday cage. The quality of materials and components used, ensure high efficiency and prolonged longevity of the product performance requirements.
