Description
BLADE S-MAX is a standalone cabinet specially developed for housing the new generation servers that allow executions defined as “high density”. Rugged and versatile, Blade S-MAX provides, in addition to the features of S-Max server cabinet, an additional vertical space for optimal cable management. In fact, in addition to the traditional 19″ horizontal units, 6/8 additional units on the vertical panel mount supports are available plus a dedicated space in the upper cover. All this without interfering with the useful space dedicated to housing the servers. For example, Blade S-Max in a traditional 42U version provides an additional 8 units, bringing the capacity of the rack to a total of 50 units. The upper part of the structure allows the mounting of an optional “zero U” ventilation unit with 4 or 6 fans without interfering with the cable passage areas.
