COOLMAX DX – Direct expansion cooling system for in row cabinets installation

COOLMAX is a solution designed for server room with cooling system within rows of racks for cold/hot corridor solution. The cooling units are inserted into rows of racks that are installed in such a way as to obtain hot corridor alternating cold corridor. the Electronic equipments installed into the racks are provided of an independent air flow system to supply the cooling to the electronic devices. In the hot corridor rack expels the hot air used to cool the electronic components while the COOLING UNIT draw the hot air in to be cooled. In the cold aisle the COOLING UNIT sends the filtered air cooled while the rack draws in cold air for cooling of electronic components. COOLMAX provides a modular system for precision air conditioning direct expansion applications in today’s IT infrastructures and is able to meet the high heat density in a small space, up to 22,5kW of 0.3 m2 of surface area occupied . The COOLING UNIT is installed directly within the rows of racks to be cooled and does not require under-floor ducts or false floor ceilings infrastructure. It also offers a modular and scalable approach that allows a fast and economical fast moving plant layout, based on the changing needs of the infrastructure. COOLMAX DX is combined with a remote motocondensing units, air-cooled.
